Canadian Institute for Health Information
We developed two campaign landing pages—one for youth and one for adults—for the Canadian Institute for Health Information. The goal: to improve access to mental health and substance use services across Canada by gathering real-world experiences.
Through a survey, participants shared the challenges they faced in accessing care. These insights equipped health care systems with data to identify and address key barriers—whether that meant improving service availability, expanding access, or streamlining support processes. By tailoring the campaign to both youth and adult audiences, we made it easier for people to share their stories and contribute to real improvements in the system.
